The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the premises of the Stefan Cardinal Wyszynski Specialist Hospital in Lublin. The scope of the project concerns buildings A, B, C, D, G, H, I and connectors (measurements in the audit: L) located on plots 60/6, 60/9, the area of Constantine, including, among others: — overhaul of the mechanical ventilation system with the introduction of recuperation – modernisation of the C.O. installation in the scope of replacing thermostatic valves with electronically adjustable valves – replacement of fluorescent luminaires with LED luminaires – production of photovoltaic installation in building C – modernisation of the heating network and heat node in building H. The project also included the installation of BMS system (system of measurement, monitoring and management of energy use in buildings), which facilitates the maintenance of the thermal usage of various installations and efficient management of the technical installations. Block C is a nine-storey building, with a brick structure with a technical attic, where a set of inverters will be located. Flat roof, concrete roof, covered with papa. A section designed for a photovoltaic installation facing southeast. According to the results of the energy audits: The amount of heat savings 4732,35 GJ/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) of 1411 tonnes of CO2/year (approximately 42.85 % reduction); Production of electricity from newly built RES installations 30,24 MWhe/year. The target group shall be the users of the objects covered by the project.
