The main objective of the project is to improve air purity by reducing pollution into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of the teaching building of the University of Life Sciences at 50A street in Lublin. This objective will be achieved through the achievement of the direct objectives resulting from the analysis of the problems and needs of beneficiaries. The following objectives have been identified: 1. Efficient use of thermal energy 2. Reduction of heating costs of buildings 3. The use of energy from renewable sources 4. Improving the conditions of use of public utility facilities. Tasks: preparatory work, project management, project promotion and implementation of thermal retrofitting and other construction works indicated in the application table: Tasks in the draft rows 4 and 5. Results: according to the table 'Section: KEY INDICATOR’. MR DOC: Residents of Lublin Voivodeship, students and university staff. Description TECH.- econom-Technical sustainability of the Project will be achieved by ensuring high quality project implementation. Standards and quality criteria for both the materials used and the execution of works will be met. Materials that are certified and comply with the relevant standards will be used. At the same time, it should be noted that the modernisation of the building concerned and the use of new technologies will reduce the cost of living. The planned investment does not jeopardise the safety of people and property, deterioration of the environment and the state of preservation of the building, deterioration of health and sanitary conditions and nuisance to neighbouring areas. This analysis also shows no obstacles to the implementation of investments by environmental law. The beneficiary shall ensure open and equitable access to the infrastructure. Ineligible costs do not exist.
