The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the environment in the commune through comprehensive thermomodernisation of the public utility building. As part of the project, work will be carried out consisting of a comprehensive thermomodernisation of the school building in Nowa Wieś, located in Serniki commune. The project includes tasks consisting of the thermomodernisation of the part of the building occupied by the school, which includes: warming of the exterior walls of the building, foundation walls, ceiling and roof of the gym and its back room, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of central heating system by replacing the old coal boiler with new biomass powered by 48 kW, new installation of central heating with the use of existing panel heaters, equipped with heating valves with thermostatic heads, installation of heat meters, application of the heating system for measuring, monitoring and monitoring of the power supply. In the part occupied by the apartments (in stock) it is planned to warm the walls, ceilings, replacement of external doors and installation of a two-function boiler powered by propane. This project is consistent with the “Low-carbon Economy Plan”, which aims to improve air quality to acceptable and target levels, e.g. by reducing emissions from heating systems, thanks to the deep thermal modernisation of public buildings. Result indicators: Amount of thermal energy saved: 507,1GJ/year; Additional renewable energy generation capacity: 0,048 MW; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI32): 138300 kWh/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34):50,7tCO2/year; Production of heat from newly built/new RES-based installations:43,61MWh/year; Amount of electricity saved: 6,61 MWh/year
