Thermal modernisation of the building of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin at ul. Academic 13

The main objective of the planned investment is to improve the quality of social services provided by improving energy efficiency in the public utility building, which remains in the resources of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. The target group are students and employees of the University of Warsaw and other residents of Lublin. The project will carry out the following tasks: Thermal modernisation of the building – the task includes the following elements: Energy-efficient lighting, Photovoltaic installation, Sanitary industry: energy management system, modernisation of the central heating system, construction industry – insulation of external walls, – warming of ventilated stropods, – insulation of external ceilings, – window replacement, – Replacement of existing doors, – Making new treatments of sheet metal cornices and drain pipes (under the cost of ineligible repair of chimneys and lightning systems); Promotion of the project – creation of an information and memory board; Investor supervision; Technical documentation; Energy audits; A feasibility study; It’s project management. A photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building with a power of 0.049 MW will be performed. The following result indicators will be achieved under the investment: Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources [0,049MWe]; Additional generation capacity from renewable sources (CI30) [0,049 MW]; The amount of thermal energy saved [3522GJ/year]; The amount of electricity saved [68 MWh/year]; Production of electricity from newly built RES installations [54,17MWhe/year]; Electricity generation from newly built/new RES installations [54,17MWhe/year]; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) [52tonnes of CO2/year]; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI32) [203880 kWh/year]
