The aim of the project is to increase accessibility by developing and improving the communication system in the LOF area by linking nodes with TEN-T infrastructure. extension of the communication system through the construction of a road connecting the “Świdnik” junction to S12-S17 with the city of Świdnik. Length of 2.074 km of technical class – Z, traffic load – 100 kN/axis, traffic category – KR4, design speed Vp – 50 km/h, width of the road – 2x7.00 m (0 + 323-0+ 685.21) and 1x7.00 m (0 + 685,21-2+ 397), lane – 3.50 m, roadside – 0,50-1,00 m, pavement from the road to the roadside -0,50 km from the road. There are 12 intersections and roundabouts, individual and public exits, 6 bus bays. Along the street pavement and bicycle path – 2 km. Water from the first basin drained to the manifold, from the basin of the second to the drainless reservoir of rainwater, with a lame separator, petroleum-derived substances at the outlet. Length of pipes – 3.268 km. Lighting construction – 188 luminaires equipped with LEDs, reconstruction and line protection, construction and reconstruction of connections. Rebuilding and securing the remaining existing conflicting infrastructure: telecommunications, gas, water-channel, electricity. Road marked with vertical and horizontal signs. Use of road safety equipment (3 pieces) – protective barriers, fences, barriers, and equipment and systems for improving road safety (7 pcs) – road barriers, obstruction posts, reflective elements on protective barriers. The beneficiaries of the project will be residents, institutions and enterprises of LOF using the road connected directly to S12/17, residents with properties along this road. Ul. Kusociński will be the most convenient entry to Świdnik from the eastern direction (Piaski, Chełm, Zamość).
