Participants of the project will be 750 people (500Mi250K) in the age of professional activity, who are in the high risk group eligible for a given preventive programme, i.e. until 65 from the area of Lubelskie Voivodship (hereinafter:WL) of the entire Puławy subregion (hereinafter:PrP) including powiats: Janowski powiat (hereinafter:PJ), Kraśnicki County (hereinafter:PK), Łucze County (hereinafter: PŁ), county of Opolski (hereinafter:PO), Puławski County (hereinafter:PP), Rycki County (hereinafter:PR) (inhabiting according to the KC) interested in the prevention of colon cancer. At least 65 % of participants are persons living in rural areas i.e. sparsely populated areas according to the NUTS 3 field classification 100 % of the UP of the project will be eligible for at least one of the following groups at risk, i.e.: 1. In a system without invitations: a) persons aged 50-65 years, regardless of family history, b) persons aged 40-49 years who have a first-degree relative who has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer, c) persons aged 25-49 years from a family with Lynch syndrome. Main objective: Growth and occupational activity of 750 people (250K/500M), active age, which for health reasons in the field of colorectal cancer are at risk of loss and lack of employment through prevention and diagnosis of colorectal cancer in the Puławy sub-region in the period 01.05.2018 to 30.09.2019. The achievement of the objective shall include: 1.Complete preliminary survey in POZ-750 persons, 2. Conducting colonoscopy-750 people, 3.Conducting educational prevention activities-750 people. The project will contribute to the specific objective of the ROP WL by providing comprehensive, high-quality support to project participants within the planned tasks, the ultimate aim of which will be to increase the number of health actions adversely affecting the labour market. The objective of the project is in line with the objective of RPO WL.
