The main objective of the project is to increase socio-occupational activity and improve access to the labour market of people excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion – 42 people (31K 11M)- GOPS Grabowiec customers through the use of support in the form of active inclusion instruments of a social and/or occupational and/or educational and/or health nature over a period of 23 months. Main results of the project: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have been qualified after leaving programme-16 people – Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving the programme – 1 people;Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving the programme (including self-employed)-5 people. The target group is excluded (including those affected by poverty) or people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of Grabowiec commune in lubelskie voivodship (including the municipality according to the CCC) who are customers of GOPS- a total of 42 persons (31K and 11M) including in particular: inactive persons – 5 persons (b) unemployed persons who are at risk of exclusion because of conditions other than unemployment, for whom the use of only labour market instruments and services is insufficient and there is a need to firstly apply active inclusion services of a social nature and 6 persons with disabilities who fall within the catalogue of persons listed in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the area of inclusion and poverty by means of the European Social Fund and the European Regional Development Fund for the period 2014-2020-21. The tasks carried out within the project are: Social Work, Diagnosis of Needs, Social Activation, Professional Activation, Health Activation.
