The main objective of the project is to combat poverty and social exclusion of 12 elderly people who are dependent (including 8K/4M) with serniki and improving accessibility to social services of general interest by establishing a senior club by 31.10.2022. 1. Increased social activity. 12 elderly and dependent people (including 8 women) from the area of the Cheesecake commune until X 2022 2. Increase in physical activity of 12 elderly and dependent people(8 women) from the area of Cheesecake Municipality to X 2022 3. Increase social integration and social ties of 12 elderly and dependent people (8 women) from the area of Serniki until X 2022 The project implements type 3. Project for needs and problems in the field of social services, identified in the area of its implementation (crit.form.spec.2). It provides services in the local community (crit.form.spec.4). Social services within the Project will be provided by entities conducting in their statutory activity social services – the Social Welfare Centre in the Cheesecake Municipality. The actions envisaged in P are preventive, activating and therapeutic measures aimed at preventing diseases and loss of fitness and regaining independence, resulting from the “Diagnosis of needs and problems in the field of social services within the premises of the heart”.The tasks planned in the Project are: 1. Activating and therapeutic activities. 2. Vocal classes developing musical sensitivity. 3. Legal, psychological, family counseling. 4. It’s a cultural class. 5. It’s an educational class. The target group will consist of 12 people (8K/4M) including 2 persons with disabilities) residents of the Serniki Municipality, belonging to the group of people excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, i.e. the elderly dependants, provided that they are included in the catalogue of persons listed in Titles for the implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion and poverty eradication by the ESF and ERDF funds for the period 2014-2020.
