The main purpose of the project is to increase social and professional activity 12 (7K/5M) disabled and dependent people with mental disorders, from the municipality of Łęczna, by providing support in the form of care services, specialised care services, Club Self-help, Assistant services, environmental home of self-help (ŚDS) and services in the form of professional services in the form of protected housing, until 28.02.2022 the target group (GD) is 12 (7K/M) in the area of self-requirement and occupational care services in the form of protected housing, until 28.02.2022. The target group (GD) is 12 (7K/M) in the area of self-reliance and occupational care services in the form of protected dwellings, until 28.02.2022. The target group (GD) is 12 (7K/M) in the field of social and professional activity in the form of disabled persons and independent persons with mental disorders. Tasks: — the inclusion of care services and specialised care services in the place of residence of 12 people with mental disorders – creation and functioning of the Self-Help Club with 12 places providing care services for dependent persons with mental disorders, including the inclusion of these personal disorders in the field of asystencki services – the inclusion in the Environmental Home of Self-help with 5 social care services and specialist services.
