The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of high-quality health services implemented in Kraśnik. Implementation of the objective will allow to broaden the scope and improve the quality of medical services provided by SPZOZ in Kraśnik. In the longer term, the implementation of the project will also improve the quality of life of residents. The investment will allow the Applicant to carry out its tasks better and ultimately also reduce the costs incurred for maintaining the infrastructure. The target group of the project includes: managers of the applicant, patients of their families and employees of the applicant, IZ RPO, local media and opinion-forming environments. The project will carry out the following tasks: Purchase of fixed assets; Construction work; Investor supervision; project management; Promotion of the project; It’s a technical file. Construction works include endoscopy lab, cardiology department and central sterilisation. Purchase of equipment for the purposes of:Workshop endoscopy; The Department of Cardiology; A department of diseases of children and adolescents; the operating block; a branch of internal diseases; pulmonary disease and tuberculosis ward; the Department of General Surgery; orthopaedic and trauma ward; chemo ward; palliative care department; the neurology department; neurological rehabilitation department; nursing and care establishment; central sterilisation The project will contribute to the implementation of the following strategic result indicators at the level of the relevant PI (Investment Priority 9a RPO WL 2014-2020): 1) Average length of hospital stay – by shortening patients’ stay in hospital thanks to better and comprehensive medical care; 2) Average use of the bed – a more efficient healthcare system will allow for more efficient use of available places in the hospital. The following results will be achieved as a result of the implementation: Population covered by improved health services (CI36) 93880 persons, Number of patients treated in favoured medicinal subjects 12800 persons/year
