Increased availability of health services through support of health protection infrastructure in WOMP CPL in Lublin

The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of health services by supporting health infrastructures, thereby contributing to improving the quality of services and reducing territorial disparities in their access. Tasks in the project: Purchase of health infrastructure: As part of the task, it is planned to purchase 3 EKG 12 portable duct devices with full instrumentation for ECG testing at the patient’s home, 2 ECG 12 channel apparatuses for performing ECG tests with full instrumentation (cargo, bed), 1 segment body composition analyser with built-in medical weight, 2 pcs. portable spirometer, 1 pcs. portable defibrilator, 2 pcs. Target group: GP patients (0-65+ l.E.). (indicators) *People covered by improved health services: 10 095 – Extract from the GP declaration and the number of medical, nursing and midwife visits. Summary index counted one year after completion of the project. Organizational units: Branch no. 1 Lublin, ul. Nałęczowska 27 and Filia nr 2 Lublin, ul. Nowy Świat 38 Office of Environmental and Family Nurses – Family Physicians Diagnostic and Treatment Cabinet POZ EKG Laboratory (indicators) *Number of supported medicinal entities: 1 pcs — WOMP of the CPL on the ground. * Investment outlays for the purchase of medical equipment: it’s okay. It’s 121 grand. IT’S A PLN. Description of the product produced during the project: The result will be a integrated care model that takes into account environmental forms aimed at improving patient care by integrating the current phases of prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and thus facilitating access to sustainable and high-quality health services in the public health system. The project will be implemented by an entity currently holding a contract for the provision of health care services from public funds in terms of the scope of the project.
