Main objective: increasing access, improving and improving the quality of social services services through the creation of the necessary infrastructure and social and occupational activation of residents. Specific objectives: increasing the scope of social services by new forms of support; increasing the number of places to provide services; increasing social inclusion; support for the sustainable development of the municipality in economic and social spheres through infrastructure development and socio-occupational activation of residents. Key results: 1.the actual number of users of socio-occupational activation services provided in supported facilities-110 persons/year; 2. number of reconstructed buildings in which socio-occupational activation services are carried out – 1 pieces; 3.number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities-1pieces; 4. number of institutions supporting environmental support at the place of residence-1 pieces; 5.number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvements for people with disabilities-1 pcs. The target group is the municipal self-government, participants of support within the framework of the SDS, local entrepreneurs and institutions enabling the implementation of the project. Reconstruction of the granary in Podzamcze is aimed at adapting it to day care and activation of mentally impaired people within the Environmental Self-Help Home. On the ground floor of the building there will be public and administrative spaces, as well as a kitchen with dining area and a terrace. Cellar: world Experience Room, Rehabilitation Room and Economic Room. And the first floor: classrooms, psychologist’s room and nurses’ room, sanitary facilities. Attic: lobby, exit to the observation deck, VENTILATION; 4 training apartments 1-bed, 2 double intervention rooms, farm room. The area will be developed along with parking and exit from the voivodship road as well as technical infrastructure: connects water.-channel, gas, energy, monitoring installation, web portal of the project.
