Revitalisation of the area at ul. Stefan Wyszyński in Świdnik to develop local entrepreneurship and strengthen its cultural potential

The aim of this project is to restore socio-economic functions in the degraded areas of Świdnik, and to increase accessibility to social and cultural infrastructure, by revitalising the degraded area in the city centre. The key results of the project, expressed in terms of indicators, are: Increased employment in supported entities (other than companies) 1 FTEs; Number of people using social/cultural/tourism infrastructure facilities covered by the project 1000 persons per year. The target group of the project is residents of Świdnik, including people from excluded or marginalised social groups. Tasks to be carried out in accordance with the factual and financial timetable: Feasibility study, Technical documentation – Square, Project Promotion, Project Management, Investor supervision, Equipment W14 (including platform for disabled persons), Refurbishment W14, Reconstruction of the Square, Construction Works MCUs (Artistic Garden), Equipment MCUs (Artistic Garden). Specific objectives:- to increase the supply of attractive public spaces in the municipality; — improving the state of social infrastructure;- ensuring a sufficient level of access to social services as well as infrastructure for the use of leisure time;- activating all residents of the municipality and strengthening links among local communities; — improving the image of the centre of Świdnik and the quality of life of residents; — restoring local security and public order; — the creation of an offer of activation measures among residents of the district, which is currently considered degraded; — stimulating the activity of the local community and stimulating cooperation for socio-economic development and combating the phenomenon of social exclusion of certain social groups.
