The aim of the project will be to improve the attractiveness of the educational offer and adapt it to the requirements of the market and employers, in order to counter the phenomenon of early school leaving at secondary and lower levels. This objective meets the needs indicated in “Diagnosis of the needs of pupils, vocational training teachers and equipment of the vocational education base of School Teams No. 3 and No. 4 in Tomaszów Lubelski”. The project implemented in 2 vocational schools in Tomaszów Lubelski will consist of the purchase of appropriate equipment and infrastructure suitable for training in the profession:Technik economist, Technik mechanic, Technik Informatics, Technik of hotel industry, Technique of nutrition and catering services, Kitchener, Technik of construction, Monter construction and finishing works, Technology of motor vehicles. The material scope will be adapted to program requirements and market expectations and current industry standards, ensuring the attractiveness of the educational offer. The project contributes to the adaptation of equipment to the standards recommended by the National Centre for Supporting Vocational and Continuous Education (KOWEZiU) for professions from the classification of vocational education professions. The project also contributes to improving the quality of education in smart specialisation: bioeconomy (in the field of education in the profession 331403 Technique economist). The project target group consists of vocational school pupils and indirectly also economic operators and institutions benefiting from the results of the project. Results of the project: The actual number of users of educational infrastructure infrastructure 1078 people per year; products: Number of vocational training facilities supported by 2 units, Number of equipment purchased in facilities supported by 267 units, Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities 1 units, Potential covered by support for childcare infrastructure or educational infrastructure 1435 persons.
