Multidisciplinary Research Centre of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw

General Applications of the Project Item Project The project concerns the establishment of the Multidisciplinary Research Centre of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. It will be a unique research centre in Poland, which allows to conduct interdisciplinary research in the fields of social sciences, humanities, medical sciences and in the field of information and natural sciences. Project objective The main objective of the Project is to increase the innovation of the region and the country, to improve the competitiveness of the region and to increase the transfer of innovation to the regional economy by increasing the possibilities of carrying out interdisciplinary research and enabling the use of the scientific community, entrepreneurs from modern research infrastructure, using the latest technologies, including in particular IT, multimedia. The scope of the Project Project scope has been divided into the following stages implemented by the Applicant: 1. Preparatory work. 2. Preparation of design and tender documentation. 3. Adaptation work on the infrastructure of consortia in adapting it to the needs of equipment installation. 4. Purchase of equipment for consortia. 5. Construction of Centre facilities with installation infrastructure, connections and built-in equipment. 6. Reception of the Centre’s buildings by administrative and state services – permission to use the facility. 7. Land development related to the investment (green, car parks, small architecture). 8. Purchase and assembly of the infrastructure necessary for the operation of the Centre and training. DOCELOVE Groups The project’s target groups shall consist of: — Scientific consortium established to implement the Project; — other universities and research units in the field of research activities; — entrepreneurs interested in using research infrastructure and all entities interested in using the infrastructure created for R & D.
