The project “E -services in the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki” will be implemented by Grodzisk Mazowiecki Municipality and partners: • Culture Centre in Grodzisk Mazowiecki • Sports and Recreation Centre in Grodzisk Mazowiecki • Public Library in Grodzisk Mazowiecki • Investment and Technology Service of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune With regard to this type of activities, there are no important provisions of the spatial development plan. Project activities will not in any way take place in protected areas, as defined by the Environmental Protection Act. The project is feasible in terms of: technical, financial, legal. The following problems were identified prior to the development of the project framework: a) Restrictions on the possibility for residents to participate in the local decision-making system. b) Significant impediment to access to information for persons with disabilities. c) Long service time of petitioners Direct objectives: • Increasing the efficiency of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Office through the installation of an IT system. • Improving the quality of services provided by the Office. • Increasing the availability of documents and information for residents of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune. Intermediate objectives: • Reducing the time needed to access the required documents and information. • Improve user data security. • Building citizenship. The objectives will be achieved through the following actions: • Equipment of the municipality and facilities subordinated to ICT infrastructure. • Launch of the data exchange system. • Construction of a stable e-information system. • Launch of an Individual Petent Account, which will allow access to databases moderated by employees of the Office, submitting requests, participation in surveys and voting. • Creation of portals of 33 villages, thereby increasing access to modern e-services in rural areas
