Material scope of the project The “E-Government of the Non-Government” focuses on purchasing the software, licenses and applications necessary for the implementation of the electronic document system and the provision of e-services with particular attention in ensuring the security of the ICT system, going beyond the minimum security requirements set out in national legislation and ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities through the implementation of the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and by applying solutions that go beyond those guidelines. An element necessary for the launch of the software and the provision of e-services is the execution of works related to the construction of the ICT network in the Municipality of Nieporęt, as well as the purchase of necessary equipment and equipment.
