General Project Applications Project Mon. Computerisation of Mazovian health services by supporting the functioning of hospital pharmacies is aimed at improving the state of health care in Mazowieckie voivodship. Its activities lead to a comprehensive modernisation of the functioning of hospital units in the field of computerisation and improvement of the work of hospital pharmacies. The implementation of the project will significantly improve the effectiveness of distribution of medicines and medical devices, increase the level of patient safety, staff and storage of sensitive data. The scope of the project will include the introduction of modern hardware and software into the structure of hospitals. Project objectives The main objective of the Project – to increase the level of computerisation of hospitals by supporting the functioning of hospital pharmacies and drug distribution systems – will reduce the negative effects of the problems identified by the Applicant. The most important benefits of its implementation include, among other things, improving the functioning of the Hospitals in the economic aspect, as well as providing hospital staff with safety and less burden on their responsibilities. Project scope The scope of the Project is divided into 16 related tasks. The first two tasks concern overheads, followed by a set of tasks assigned to each of the Partners in terms of the type of aid – without public aid and de minimis aid.
