The project follows directly from the Regional Innovation Strategy for Mazovia until 2020 and concerns the task assigned by law to the Mazovian Voivodeship Local Government (SWM). Mazowieckie Voivodeship as a beneficiary of the project will act as the operator of the grant project and will act as coordinator. The main objective of the project is to increase the support pool available to SMEs in the form of advisory services of a pro-innovative nature provided by the Partnerships of Business Surrounding Institutions (IOB Partnerships), which form the target group of the project. WWW. The IOB partnerships will be selected in a competition procedure, as a result of which contracts for awarding a grant will be signed. The objectives, conditions and principles of providing support in the form of grants will be described in the Rules of Procedure of the grant competition, in accordance with the provisions of the Implementation Act. The project will result in the delivery of 92 advanced services dedicated to SMEs, i.e. new or improved, of higher quality and at the same time tailored to the needs of the recipients. Particular emphasis will be placed on developing advanced, specialised and improved IOB advisory services, using existing centres and their resources by consolidating the potential of partnerships. These actions will be supported through a system of monitoring and accounting, as well as animation activities aimed at cooperation between IOB and SMEs. In addition, support for IOB Partnerships will lead to their professionalisation. The development of services will also be in line with the development trends of the region identified as areas of smart specialisation. The selection of contractors of activities within the project will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. The project team will carry out tasks within its official tasks, therefore the project does not include costs related to the remuneration of the staff of the project directly involved in the implementation of the project. VAT within the project will not be eligible
