The project will be implemented in the municipality of Mszczonów, located in the district of Żyrardowski, in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The direct effect of the project will be to reduce the amount of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere by heating and providing hot water and electricity, increasing the use of renewable energy sources and reducing the costs of heating buildings and electricity costs.
