General CONDITIONS OF PROJECT The project “Termomodernisation of buildings of the Warsaw School of Farming in Warsaw” concerns the thermomodernisation of eight public utility buildings, which are part of the infrastructure of the Main School of Rural Farms, the Applicant of this proposal. In the broadest sense, the project envisages carrying out works to increase the energy efficiency of these buildings. The importance and need for implementation of the Project stem from the fact that the current state of the Applicant’s infrastructure entails a number of multidimensional problems leading to negative effects, affecting not only the Applicant himself, but also the environment or those using his buildings. The Project’s main objective, i.e. the increase of the ENERGY ENERGY ENERGETIVE ENERGY TRADE, will allow for a comprehensive reduction of the negative effects of the problems identified by the Applicant. The most important benefits of its implementation include, among other things: provide the applicant with long-term energy efficiency, support for environmental protection, the possibility of saving money. Project scope The scope of the Project is divided into four related tasks: 1. Preparation of the project application documentation (including in particular energy audits); 2. Design work; 3. Construction work (key task), including: • Warming of stropodache • Modernisation of heat sources • Modernisation of cold sources • Replacement of window joinery • Modernisation of central heating system 4.
