As part of the project to increase the energy efficiency of 5 public buildings, i.e. the General Education Secondary School building in Sulejówek and four buildings A, B, C and D, which are the complex of Primary School No. 3 in Sulejówek, will undergo comprehensive thermal modernisation, which will significantly reduce the demand for heat. As part of energy modernisation, the following actions are planned: insulation of external walls and roof and ceiling, warming of building partitions, replacement of windows and doors, modernisation of lighting, installation of photovoltaic cells, hot water heat pump installation and central installation, introduction of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, modernisation of central heating valves – complete replacement of central heating systems with heating systems, replacement of gas boilers in boiler room, modernisation of valves for automatic valves, automatic valves, heating systems, replacement of gas boilers in the boiler room, installation of automatic valves, automatic valves The energy efficiency improvement of 5 buildings calculated according to the weighted average will be 70.02 %. The implementation of the project will ensure a significant reduction of CO2 by 81.88 % in total. The unit cost of energy savings in relation to total eligible expenditure amounts to PLN 4.33. The average level of demand for non-renewable primary energy is 73.68 kWh/(m²*year) The target group consists mainly of residents of Sulejówka and Minsk county, children and young people learning in these buildings, educational workers. All planned investment tasks are based on energy audits carried out and comply with the highest possible energy efficiency standards. Each of the objects planned for thermal modernisation was additionally equipped with installations/devices for obtaining RES. The project will be implemented in a formula design and build.
