The project includes the thermal modernisation of 3 buildings of utility publ. from the area of the Municipality Grodzisk Mazowiecki. These are buildings: The Municipality of Grodzisk Maz., OSP in Izdebno Kościelny, the Grodzisk Maz. commune building used by ZWiK in Grodzisk Maz. The main problem is the low energy efficiency of these buildings. The implementation of the project is necessary to meet the requirements of the applicable law on the heat transfer coefficient. The following needs have contributed to the determination of the scope of the investment: insulation of external walls, ceiling, replacement and modernisation of heating systems, replacement of window joinery, floor warming, installation of air conditioning systems, replacement of lighting, need to reduce energy costs, increase the share of RES, improve the aesthetics of buildings, reduce low emissions. The thermal modernisation of buildings includes: insulation of external partitions, stropodache, floor warming, window replacement, replacement of lighting for energy-efficient, reconstruction of heating systems, installation of cooling systems, construction, reconstruction of ventilation and air conditioning systems including recuperation, use of weather automation, RES installation, installation of meters, valves and thermostats. These activities demonstrate the complexity of the project. The final beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, and the final beneficiary will be all residents of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune as well as employees and users of the buildings covered by the project. The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency and increase the use of renewable energy sources in buildings. For the different stages of implementation: submission of an application, public procurement, monitoring, settlement and supervision will be the departments of the municipality: Preparation of Investments and External Funds, Public Procurement and Procurement Office, Financial, Investment and Technical Services. After completion of the project, the municipality will bear the costs associated with heating the building.
