Improving the energy efficiency of public utility buildings City of Płońsk

The material scope of the project takes into account the deep energy modernisation of 4 public buildings located in Płońsk, area 217, Płoński district: — SP No 2 at ul. Evenings, dz.No. 268/7, 269, – SP No 3 at ul. Płocka, dz.nr 636/2, – SP No 2 at ul. Grunwaldzka, Dz. No. 119, 120, – Kindergarten No. 1 at ul. Railway, Dz. No. 1291, The project fulfils the criterion of comprehensiveness, as it includes seven activities: 1) Warming of facilities: warming of roofs and stropodaches: in SP No 2 at ul. Evenings of pow. 1600,75 m², SP No 3 pow. 1015,00 m², SP No 2 at ul. Grunwald Pot. 590,04 m², Pre. No. 1 pow. 262,26 m², b) warming or replacement of floors – in SP No 3 in Płońsk with area. 632,18 m², in Pre. No 1 o. 9,60 m², c) Warming of walls in Przed. No. 1 pow. 512.39 m², 2) Replacement of windows and external doors – replacement of wooden windows for PVC with less heat permeability in SP No 2 at ul. Evenings of pow. 103,66 m², SP No 3 pow. 148,20 m², in Przed. No. 1 pow. 11.65 m² 3) Replacement of lighting for energy efficient – in each building there is planned replacement of existing lighting for modern energy. LED lighting. 4) Modernisation of heating systems and central heating systems – each building designed to replace all radiators with new double-plate steel and modernisation of the central heating system. In the building SP No. 2 at ul. Evenings are planned to replace the heating node for a new compact dual function, and in SP 2 at Grunwaldzka Street for a single function. 5) Photovoltaic installation (RES) – it is planned to install photovoltaic cells with a power of 7.5 kW in each building. 6) Application of weather automation – in SP No 2 at ul. Evenings are planned to install a weather control room recording weather conditions. 7) Installation of upholstery valves and thermostats – each building provides for installation of upholstery valves, thermostatic valves and control valves controlled by a digital regulator of nodes with weather compensation (SP No. 2 ul.
