The scope of the project includes investments in infrastructure for sustainable urban mobility through the construction of 13 km of bicycle paths together with infrastructure in the city of Płocka. The project includes elements of cycling infrastructure, e.g.: separators, car parks and bicycle stands, tranquil traffic zone “tempo 30”, footrests. The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the functional area of Płock through the development of sustainable urban mobility infrastructure. The project fulfils the assumptions of M. Płock’s Low-Emission Economy Plan in terms of reducing pollutant emissions and developing urban mobility. The project is included in the Investment Plan for the Płock subregion covered by the problem OSI – Functional Area of the City of Płock. It responds to the problems and needs in terms of the progressive and uncontrolled process of air pollution and increasing freight and passenger traffic. The scope of the project ensures the consistency and complexity of bicycle paths and their continuity in the inter-community system. The project will be implemented in partnership of 4 entities. THE DOCEL GROUP.: residents of Płock and functional area., entrepreneurs and their contractors, potential investors, all present and future users. The analysis carried out confirms the financial, organisational, technical and technological feasibility. Project costs have been estimated in an appropriate amount. The most economically and technically advantageous solutions have been chosen. The assumptions made will allow the planned indicators to be achieved. The applicant shall be able to maintain project effects over a long period of time. The risk analysis did not reveal events that could interfere with the implementation of the investment. The only threat is that we don't get funding from Wednesday. ERDF, which will reduce or abandon investment.
