The project will cover 46 households from the Municipality of Płońsk (part of: 142001_1.0217 – City of Płońsk, Płońsk district). As part of the project, in 22 locations old solid fuel heating appliances will be replaced with gas furnaces, in 21 locations old, inefficient, non-condensing gas furnaces will be replaced with modern gas furnaces. In 2 locations, coal furnaces will be replaced with a heat source burning biomass, and in 1 locations a coal kiln will be converted into a heat pump. In addition, in order to achieve the level of the EP indicator in 5 locations assumed in the competition rules, there is a need for thermomodernisation. In 2 locations the installation of a photovoltaic installation was planned. As part of the project, investor supervision will be carried out, a tender will be prepared, including tender documentation, ex-post energy audit and project promotion. The project is planned for the years 2019-2020. The main objective of the project is to improve air quality by reducing emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases, reducing so-called. Low-emissions. The aim of the investment is to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy demand in buildings where energy from supported equipment will be used. All tasks aimed at achieving the abovementioned objective shall result from the certificates of energy performance of buildings or energy audits provided by residents. The target group – the final recipients, will be the inhabitants of Płońska participating in the project. The implementation of the project will also have a positive impact on all residents of Płoń, Płoń County, Mazowsze Voivodeship and tourists and guests from Poland and abroad who regularly visit the city of Płońsk. Inhalation of clean air will reduce the incidence of various types of respiratory and cardiovascular disease.
