SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROJECT: The project’s thematic scope includes implementation by the applicant – Legionowo Municipality of investment projects – construction works in the area of modernisation of heating equipment and thermomodernisation of municipal dwellings: 1) ul. Industrial 16, 2) ul. Słowackiego 13, 3) ul. Industrial 4. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Basic actions – planned basic types of works covered by the project: 1) modernisation of the heat installation, 2) modernisation of the central heating system, 3) modernisation of the gas system, 4) Thermomodernisation of walls, ceilings and floors of buildings and elements of window joinery, Supplementary actions: 1) elaboration of ex-post energy audit, 2) implementation of promotion and information activities of the project under the information policy of RPO WM 2014-2020. LOCATION: The project will be implemented in Legionowo commune in real estate marked in the land register under no.: — ul. Industrial 16, Circuit 47, nr. dz. 5, – str. Slowacki 13, perimeter 44, nr. dz. 12, – str. Industrial 4, Circuit 46, nr. dz. 2. YEARS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT: 2019 FORM OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: the applicant directly implements the project through the organizational units of the Legionowo City Hall. METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT: in accordance with the Act – Public Procurement Law and in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Legionowo City Hall. RECIPIENTS OF THE PROJECT: residents of Legionowo commune, including users of municipal buildings.
