SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROJECT: The project’s thematic scope includes implementation by the applicant – Legionowo Municipality – of an investment project for the construction of construction works, i.e. roads for bicycles and infrastructure accompanying the expansion and improvement of the functionalities of the system of bicycle roads of the city. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Basic actions – planned basic types of activities covered by the project: a) preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of technical documentation, acquisition of land and obtaining a decision to authorise the implementation of the Project in the pre-investment stage, b) execution of construction works for bicycle roads and other infrastructure together with investor supervision activities at the investment stage, c) commissioning and transfer for use of the completed infrastructure in the post-investment stage, (d) execution of additional marking of cycle lines, uniform to ZIT WOF. Follow-up actions: — implementation of promotion and information activities of the project within the framework of the information policy of RPO WM 2014-2020. LOCATION: The project will be implemented in the administrative area of Legionowo commune. Detailed location of the Project is included in the appendices to the Application, including graphic attachments. YEARS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT: 2017-2018 FORM OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: the applicant (Gmina Legionowo) directly implements the Project through the organizational units of the municipal office. METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT: in the procedure of the Act – Public Procurement Law and in accordance with the rules of procedure of the applicant for the award of public contracts.
