ASSUMPTION OF THE PROJECT: Extension of the existing alarm system and warning about elements recommended by Wojewoda Mazowiecki. The main aim of the project is to improve the functioning of the system of alerting and alerting the population about threats in the city of Płock. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 1. Development of an early warning system against catastrophic phenomena in the city of Płock by integrating an extensive warning system into the Mazowieckie voivodship system. 2. Improve the adaptability of the existing threat management system to current requirements in the area of possible threats and emergencies. 3. Raising public awareness of reading and responding adequately to alarm signals and warning messages. The scope of the PROJECT includes activities related to the expansion of the existing warning system for control and control devices, monitoring devices and new electronic sirens alarm points, together with an information campaign on the dissemination of risk management rules. It is planned to purchase and install 10 electronic alarm sirens with a power of min. 600 W, an alarm control panel, 1 weather stations, 2 contamination detectors, including access to the Internet and the implementation of technical documentation for system expansion. The target group of the project will consist of people in the city who will receive emergency signals and warning messages about threats: residents of Płock, children and young people attending schools in Płock, people from the surrounding communes coming to work in Płock, institutions which are based in Płock, entrepreneurs, people taking part in music festivals organised in Płock and cultural-sacral events, pilgrims, national and foreign tourists. The project will be implemented in one step, using optimal techniques and technologies. The tasks will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Law.
