The project aims to adapt the existing building in Izdebna Kościelny, managed by the TSO for the needs of a rural common room, whose main function will be cultural activities. The main part of the work will be actions to improve the energy efficiency of the building, enabling comfortable use of its infrastructure throughout the year and achieving cost-effectiveness in terms of building maintenance. The above-mentioned scope of construction works will include: improve the efficiency of heating systems, warming of the building, window replacement and renovation works to improve the aesthetics and functionality of the facility. In the area of equipment for cultural activities, the following will be purchased: sound system, lighting system, multimedia system (projector, screen, computer), office furniture and furniture equipment of the multifunctional hall. The equipment will be used for the realisation of a wide cultural offer. A complementary element of the project will be the digitisation of the cultural heritage of Izdebna Kościelnego and its surroundings (in the form of old photographs and taking pictures of panoramic historical buildings of the village) and its free digital availability for residents and people interested in the history of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune. The main objective of the project is to improve access to cultural resources in rural areas of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, through specific objectives: multifaceted development of the cultural offer of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune in rural areas, thanks to the implementation of cultural activities in Izdebno Kościelny and the opening of a new area for culture of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune, thanks to the adaptation of the building in Izdebna Kościelny for the needs of a rural common room with cultural functionality. The target group of the project will be residents of the north-western part of Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune, as well as residents of nearby rural communities: Yaktors and Aries (due to the wide range, of all ages).
