Revitalisation of real estate at ul. Rwańska 2/Market 15 and Rwańska 4/Market 14/Grodzka1 with the development of Market Square – stage 1

The main objective of the project is to revitalise the socio-economic revival of Śródmieście together with the City of Kazimierzowski through revitalisation of the historic property at ul. Rwańska 2/Rynek 15 and Rwańska 4/Rynek 14/Grodzka 1 in Radom (change of use including extension, reconstruction of the building for museum, educational and office functions, including thermal modernisation of the facility). The project covers: 1. Development of project documentation (the concept of urbanist.-architect., design and cost documentation, feasibility study and its update), which begin the project’s material implementation, 2. Revitalisation of real estate-thermomodernisation robots, 3. Revitalisation of real estate-other construction works, which as the next will be carried out under the main public procurement, 4. Network connection for media supply, 5. Supervising (investor, conservation, archaeological) – selection procedure provided for after the selection of the contractor of construction works, 6. Promotion of the project. Functional division of the building into 4 zones will contribute to improving the quality of cultural offer, increasing the availability of social services by introducing an educational function, improving the conditions for conducting business in the area of services and entrepreneurship, socio-occupational activation and integration of people at risk of social exclusion. The project will be implemented in the area of revitalisation, and the offer is directed mainly to its inhabitants, as it is an area requiring comprehensive intervention – there is a concentration of negative social, economic and spatial and functional phenomena. After the actual implementation of the project and the readiness of the investment for use, the beneficiary envisaged the implementation of social projects (under the ESF) complementary to the project and having a direct socio-economic impact.
