This project involves work aimed at changing the use of common urban spaces, which are the areas around Stawów Walczewski and the post-industrial areas at ul. Sports in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The project will include works related to the development of the area around Stawów Walczewski (surfaces, foot-bike lines, small architecture and toilets, playgrounds and outdoor gym, green and planting, preparation of pavement and parking), thermal modernisation of the facility located near the Stawów area and partial development of the area at ul. Sports 29 near the planned Centre for Activation and Social Inclusion for ice rinks in winter and the Regional Product Fair and recreation in the rest of the year. It is assumed that the development of the area around Stawów Walczewski and at ul. Sporting will contribute to the use of this space/object for: recreational, sporting, educational and cultural. Improving the attractiveness of the site will also help to concentrate within it and in its immediate surroundings economic activities of a service and trade nature (e.g. small gastronomy). The main objective of the project is to revitalise marginalised areas around Stawów Walczewski and at ul. Sports in Grodzisk Mazowiecki by giving them new socio-economic functions. It will be possible to achieve this through the achievement of the specific objectives: making a new social area available for recreational, sporting, cultural and educational purposes and increasing business opportunities in the area at ul. Happy in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The target group of the project will be residents of sub-areas at ul. Happy and Sporting in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (indicated for revitalisation within the LPR), residents of the city and commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki, local entrepreneurs and school pupils from Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune.
