The aim of the project is to counteract the marginalisation of the sub-area of revitalisation Blocks through comprehensive activities in the area of housing tissue (parts common) of 7 multi-family residential buildings and in the social sphere until 31.12.2019. In the district “Bloki” in municipal resources and housing communities there are about 100 single-storey buildings with different building spaces. These buildings are unique in the country and Central Europe, protected by the MPZP. It was built between 1940 and 1942 by the German administration and was to adapt Ciechanów to serve as a regency capital. “Bloki” to this day constitute an important part of Ciechanów’s housing resources, unfortunately it is also one of the most degraded and socially degraded districts of the city. All buildings included in the project, located at ul. 17 January 23, 25 and ul. H. Sienkiewicz 17/19, 35, 38/40, 53/55, 57/59 have a high level of technical consumption (from 62 % to 68 %). The planned thermo-modernisation activities result from energy audits and include common parts, such as walls, ceilings, window and door carpentry, and modernisation of lighting. Other works include common parts: roofs, stairwells, driveways for people with disabilities, entrances to buildings. The planned activities define in detail the Functional-Use Programs, where the results of the architectural competition were used. The implementation of the partnership project is a comprehensive approach to the process of revitalising degraded areas, implies the renewal of housing in common parts and complementary actions co-financed by the ESF or in line with the objectives of the ESF. The project is included in the list of main projects LPR – No 15-GP-B – p. 106 in LPR. The project implements the assumptions of the Low Emission Economy Plan through thermomodernisation activities resulting from energy audits.
