The project is planned to be implemented in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, the Ostręłęcki subregion, in Wyszków County, in the Wyszków commune, in the town of Wyszków, located on the S8Warszawa – Białystok expressway – within the 440584 W road, directly connecting with the S8 (Turzyn junction). The investment was recorded in the Local Plan for Spatial Development of the City of Wyszków. The planned third and fourth stage of the ring road begins in the industrial district Wyszkowa at the intersection of ul. The forest with the second stage of the ring road and crosses the Warsaw – Ostrołęka railway line. The route then crosses the county road ending on a street. Bialystok and the municipal road of Brańszczyk commune – one communication sequence constituting a direct connection with the junction of the S8 road between Warsaw and Białystok. The result of the extension of the 440584 W road will be the direct connection of the S8 expressway with the national road DK62 Strzelno-Siemiatycze, crossing the DW 618 Voivodeship road Golymin-Pułtusk-Wyszków. The areas that run through the roadway are now industrial and service areas. According to the objectives of the Urban Plan for Spatial Development and the Wyszków Municipality Development Programme, the investment areas of the industrial district will continue to be expanded, so the scope of the works takes into account the increase in heavy traffic. The direct effect of this project will be the construction of the road by a length. 1.8 km with service roads along the designed bypass and reconstruction of the existing land armament network. The beneficiaries of the infrastructure will be residents of the municipality and Wyszkowski district, as well as all persons visiting the Wyszków Municipality. The task was divided into two parts. The first part of the pre-investment period – preparation and publication of all public procurement procedures, part two – investment period. The Project Team appointed by the Mayor Wyszków is responsible for the correct implementation of the task.
