The main objective of the project is to improve the technical condition of the road no. 4403 W in the Goworowo building as part of the improvement of the quality of connection of the subregional communication structure with the TEN-T network. The project is implemented within the framework of the I Project of the Lead Investment Plan for the City of Ostroleka and the Ostrołęcki Subregion. The improvement of the technical status of the POW road is a strategic investment to maintain proper communication of the sub-region of Ostręłka and voivodeships with the northern and southern parts of the country. Section of the road no. 4403 W, is an area connecting the northern part of the Ostręłęckie subregion with Wyszkowski, where it continues its 4403 W road and leads to DK No 8, which belongs to the TEN-T network. Pow Wyszkowski plans to rebuild the section of the road on its territory to be incorporated into DK No 8. The construction of the road consists of locating its corridor on the left side of the Tłuz – Ostrołęka railway line without having to cross this line twice. The road at the beginning coincides with the existing road, then runs parallel to the railway line, mainly in the railway lane and ends at the existing intersection with national road No. 60 Ciechanów – Ostrów Maz. The road will be designed with a 6.0 m wide road and a 2.5 m wide foot-bike belt. There will be separated sideways of broken aggregate with a width of 1 m behind the designed pavement and 1.25 m width on the opposite side. The scope of extension of the road includes mines: construction of a new road with a bicycle lane, extension of the railway crossing at the height of the villages Góry and Ponikiew Duża, liquidation of the railway crossing at the height of the village of Ponikiew Mała, reconstruction of intersections with national road No. 60 to the roundabout, formation of intersections with cross roads, construction of culverts, lighting on the roundabout and accesses. The target group of the project are residents and entrepreneurs interested in accessing a high-speed route.
