The subject of the investment is the extension and reconstruction of district road No. 3759 in Szumanie-Bielsk. The scope of the project includes: reconstruction of bridge structures in Siemienie and Giżyno with culverts, extension of the road surface to a width of 6.0 m, alignment of the existing surface and construction of abrasive layer made of asphalt concrete by 4 cm, correction of the geometry of the intersection with the voivodeship road, reconstruction of the surface of existing crossings and downhills, construction of broken aggregate sideways and installation of protective barriers U-14a. The project also covers costs for the promotion of the project (ineligible expenditure). The investment assumes a solution to the problem of transport accessibility of rural areas of the Płocki District. The road will be redeveloped taking into account the relevant parameters and load capacity requirements for the KR2 traffic category. The main objective of the project is to improve accessibility to economic and investment areas by improving the technical condition of the district road 3759 W Szumanie-Bielsk – its expansion and reconstruction on a 7.564 km long section. The implementation of the project will achieve a number of specific objectives, as set out in point C2 of the Proposal. The final beneficiary of the project is Powiat Płocki, the final beneficiary – all residents of Płocki County and tourists and persons passing through the territory of the county. The stages related to the preparation and implementation of the investment are: project implementation – understood as conducting a tender process and monitoring of the project – collecting, analysing data and reporting.
