The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without work in the district of Garvolin. The target group of the project is 169 people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Garvolin for whom the I or II aid profile has been defined. In the target group of the project are: people over 50 years of age 50 people. (18K 32M), 2 persons with disabilities (1 K 1 M) and long-term unemployed 75 persons. 33K42M. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
