The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Warsaw. The target group of the project consists of a total of 1041 people (631 women, 410 men) aged 30 years and above belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in Warsaw, for whom the I or II profile of the aid was defined, including: 1. 811 people (489 women, 322 men) who will receive support (in the form of training, traineeships, employment in an equipped or retrofit job) in the project, including: 1.1 people aged 50 and over – 273 people (160 women, 113 men), 1.2 persons with disabilities – 43 (22 women, 21 men), 1.3 long-term unemployed – 300 (174 women, 126 men); 2. 230 people (145 women, 85 men) who will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off measures for starting a business (after prior application of labour market services). Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant, preceded by analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Authority will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project envisages increasing the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Warsaw. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 “Increase in employment of people who have been identified as endangered in the labour market”. This project is compatible with the PUP project notification card, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the List of projects identified under the non-competitive mode. The project is consistent with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
