The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Hungarian county. The target group of the project consists of a total of 192 persons (87 women, 105 men) aged 30 years and above belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in the Hungarian county for whom the I or II profile of the aid has been identified, including: 1. 110 people (67 women, 43 men) who will receive support in the project, including: 1.1. persons aged 50 and over – 31 persons (19 women, 12 men), 1.2. persons with disabilities – 6 (4 women, 2 men) 1.3 long-term unemployed – 46 people (30 women, 16 men) 1.4 low-skilled persons – 77 people (47 women and 30 men); 1,5 women – 67,2. 82 people (20 women, 62 men) who will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off measures for starting a business (after prior application of labour market services). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Węgrów will implement support in the form of services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project envisages increasing the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Hungarian county. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 ‘Increased employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market’. This project is compatible with the PUP project notification card, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the List of projects identified under the non-competitive mode. The project is consistent with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
