The target group of the project consists of a total of 249 people (93 women, 156 men) aged 30 and above belonging to de-favoured groups without work in the district of Garvolin, for whom the I and II profiles have been identified, including: 1. 149 people (62 women, 87 men) who will receive support in the project, including: 1.1 people aged 50 and over – 38 persons (12 women, 26 men), 1.2 persons with disabilities – 2 (1 female, 1 male), 1.3 low-skilled people – 98 (35 women, 63 men); 1.4 long-term unemployed – 78 people (25 women, 53 men); 2. 100 people (30 women, 70 men) who will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off measures for starting a business (after prior application of labour market services). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project envisages increasing the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to de-favoured groups without work in the district of Garvolin. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 ‘Increased employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market’. This project is compatible with the PUP project notification card, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the List of projects identified under the non-competitive mode. The project is consistent with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
