The objective of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Hungarian county. The target group of the project consists of a total of 128 people (55 women, 73 men) aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Hungarian county, including: 1. persons aged 50 years and over – 8 persons (3 women, 5 men); 2. persons with disabilities 2 persons (1 woman, 1 male); 3. long-term unemployed – 12 people (8 women, 4 men); 4. low-skilled persons – 76 persons (13 women and 63 men); 5 women – 55. 62 people (20 women, 42 men) will receive support in the project in the form of one-off measures for starting a business activity (after the previous application of labour market services), The project will present a specific offer of professional activation preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the District Labour Office in Węgrów will implement support in the form of services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Hungarian county.
