The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more belonging to disadvantaged groups without work in the district of Ostrów. The target group of the project consists of 237 people (131k/106m) aged 30 years and more registered in Ostrów Mazowiecka PUP and belonging to disadvantaged groups, including: — persons aged 50 and over – 25 people (10k/15m), – persons with disabilities – 7 people (3k/4m), – long-term unemployed – 30 people (16k/14m), – low-skilled – 115 people (47k/68m), – women – 131, and 5 unemployed men between 30 and 49 years of age, not included in the above-mentioned groups. Within the framework of the project, each participant will be presented a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an in-depth analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (development/update of the IPD). On the basis of the needs identified and defined in the IPD, the PUP will implement for each participant support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. job intermediation and career guidance (for all participants) and then an internship or one-off measures for taking up a business activity or employment in an equipped position.
