The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Warsaw. The target group of the project consists of a total of 942 people (633k+ 309 m) at the age of 30 and more belonging to disadvantaged groups remaining unemployed in Warsaw, including: 1.1 long-term unemployed 120 people (25k+ 95 m); 1.2 people with disabilities – 5 people (3k+ 2 m), 1.3 low-skilled persons – 142 people (15k+ 127 m), 1.4 persons aged 50 and over – 110 people (25k+ 85 m), 1.5 women 565. Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant, preceded by analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the Authority will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The Authority allows for more than one cost support to be provided to one participant, but only in justified cases resulting, inter alia, from the IPD of a given project participant. The project aims to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Warsaw.
