The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Pułtuskie County. The target group of the project consists of a total of 299 people (158 women, 141 men) aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups remaining unemployed in Pułtuskie County (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), including: 1. persons aged 50 years and over – 35 persons (21 women, 14 men), 2 persons with disabilities – 4 persons (3 women, 1 male), 3. long-term unemployed – 46 persons (26 women, 20 men); 4. low-skilled persons – 210 persons (102 women 108 men) 5. women – 158 women, 6. unemployed men between the ages of 30 and 49-2 men (their participation will not exceed 20 % of the total number of project participants included in this project). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Pułtusk will implement support in the form of services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Pułtuskie County. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 "Increased employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market’. This project is in line with the PUP project notification sheet, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the “List of identified non-competition projects co-financed by the European Social Fund under the ROP WM 2014-2020”. The project is consistent with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
