The project provides support for 45 men and women, together with the environment excluded or at risk of social exclusion living in Płock County, within 01.01.2017. — 31.12.2017 30 pupils staying in foster care or leaving the foster care, aged 15-25, referred to in the Act of 9 June 2011. (Journal of Days) U. of 2016 pos. 575) about supporting the family and the foster care system – called pupils. 15 persons with disabilities within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Dz. U. of 2011. Number 127, item. 721, as amended), with a valid disability or moderate or significant disability, inactive. The process of supporting people and families at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be based on a reintegration path defined individually for each person and their surroundings, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, potential, predisposition and needs. The main problem of people with disabilities is low occupational activity due to the low level of vocational education and aspirations, lack of awareness in the area of recognition of their professional and social potential, which puts them at risk of being excluded from the labour market and social life. The second supported group is those who are in foster care or leave the foster care, which are characterised by a number of specific problems such as: high levels of poverty, inefficiencies in life, lack of interesting prospects for the future, the threat of unemployment, improper attitudes, lack of family patterns and support from loved ones, low level of education, lack of professional aspirations The main aim of the project is to provide services that fit into the concept of social reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion.
