The project is addressed to residents of Nowodworski County, who, due to the experience of domestic violence, family dysfunctions contributing to substitution care or disability are excluded or threatened by social exclusion and consequently professional, often as a result of lack of appropriate qualifications, negative attitude, underestimated self-esteem. Actions targeted at foster children and their environment to the extent necessary to effectively support those at risk, adults leaving the foster care will be preventive in nature and will be aimed at limiting the possibility of being in the group of people at risk of social exclusion. The project involves individualised support of participants through identification of needs, skills, predispositions through the path of reintegration, signing individual contacts. Support for active inclusion for social inclusion will include services of a social, professional, educational and health nature. The project involves the use of instruments enabling the acquisition of professional experience (internships) and skills useful in the work, e.g. the ability to work in a team, organise work (training) as well as advice and motivating support during the project. The result of the actions will increase the independence of participants, increase social activity and consequently professional activity, increase the intensity of job search by participants. It is assumed that the planned actions will benefit the entire local community. The project will indirectly affect other people who inculcate among themselves, acquired through the participation of beneficiaries, positive social role models, and the participant’s family, who gains confidence that there are opportunities that allow us to get out of the problems. The project will affect potential employers who will be able to employ trained, qualified and motivated employees.
