The main objective of the project is the social and professional activation of people at risk of social exclusion – 140 people (60K,80M) – persons with disabilities (ON) in the period of 12 m, i.e. from 02.04.2018 to 31.03.2019 (crit.dost.1).The supported persons are participants of 6 Workshops of Occupational Therapy (WTZ) operating in the Płock district. It is planned to include participants in active inclusion services aimed at preparing JTZ participants for the concept of employment. Tasks aimed at improving life skills, community-professional skills, resourcefulness, independence to return to social life, including going to the labour market, vocational courses and training, vocational guidance were planned. The project corresponds to the type of project(page 16 of the Rules of Procedure). The demand for professional rehabilitation among the participants of the workshop is enormous. Most participants had no previous work experience, did not take advantage of the offer related to professional activation other than the one offered by the JTZ (WTZ-PFRON 2014). Through the implementation of the project, the applicant wants to strengthen, complement the activities of social and professional rehabilitation of JTZ operating in Płock County. The workshop is an essential link in the process of social and professional rehabilitation of people with disabilities.As part of the project, there are comprehensive support actions, tailored to the specific deficits and needs of the participant concerned.
