The project “Cooperation-Integration-Help” is aimed at 80 residents of Legionowo commune, who are disabled and/or dependent persons and to the actual carers of the above group. The diagnosis shows that the greatest needs are in the group dealing with adults ON. This group is no longer part of the educational system and by becoming adults, children lose their opportunities to function in society and become increasingly vulnerable to social exclusion. Therefore, the project is a comprehensive support to meet the needs of the group, containing a catalogue of diagnosed activities. The applicant envisages the implementation of individual support paths, a support group for actual carers, specialist guidance, legal guidance, workshops. The key to the project is the creation of a place of resting care – a place to provide care services in the form of a short-term day stay, which will serve primarily to improve access to care services as a substitute for actual carers in the framework of relief care and increases the number of places to provide social services in the Municipality of Legionowo. The applicant will also launch a rental of rehabilitation equipment. The “Cooperation-Integration-Help” project will be implemented in a multisectoral partnership with a local non-governmental organisation for the benefit of people with disabilities.
