The aim of the project (P.) is to improve the health status of 70 children from classes I-VI from the area of the Presnya county in the field of spine diseases during the period of the project 07.2018-06.2019r. The health support period of each participant shall be 9 m by covering: 1. educational activities (7 workshops for participants of the project (UP) and 7 workshops for UP and their parents) and 2. therapeutic intervention (medical/physiotherapeutic tests, group activities in the field of physical activity, including swimming pool, corrective gymnastics using gymnastics). P. will be carried out by an entity performing medical activity – SPZOZ in Przasnysz. The Applicant (W.) is an entity performing medical activity, number of register book:000000007131 and has 15 years of age in the treatment of spine diseases among children and adults. (In the Rehabilitation OZZ Clinic, approx. 94 patients with spine until 13 years of age).Project support is addressed to 70 people (38K, 32M) from the disease of the spine, including at least 3 people from the individual communes of the district of Przasnya:(from communes: Chorzele, Czernice Borowe, Unicorn, Krasne, Krzynowłoga Mała, Przasnysz commune: rural and urban). P. is a response to the existing need for health support in this age group resulting from the diagnosis carried out in the municipalities of Pzasnyski (interviews with health centres, nurses, school hygienists, consultations with municipal offices and own data).
