Social Economy Support Centre in subregions: Warsaw and Warsaw-East

Project "Centre for Social Economics Support in Subregions: Warsaw and Warsaw-East" will be implemented through a partnership composed of experienced and trusted local umbrella organisations: FISE, FRSO and BORIS. Partners will implement actions by county: FISE – Novodworski and Otwocki, FRSO – Minsk and Garwolinski, BORIS – Legionowski and Wolominski. In the city of Warsaw Partners will carry out tasks together. The project involves the provision of comprehensive services by accredited OWES to strengthen the importance and potential of PES and SEEs in the local environment, as well as in the social economy. The project services provided to entities and people at risk of social exclusion and poverty will be comprehensive and tailored to the individual needs of the recipients: animation of local environments, consulting, mentoring and business coaching, specialist support (including professional schools), financial support (grants and bridge support). Tailor-made services will be complemented and enclosed by local activities: setting up local partnerships, coalitions and ES initiatives with the involvement of JSTs. They will create new jobs for those at risk of social exclusion and poverty in the newly created and existing PES/PS over a period of 36 months in the project area. The project will create workplaces and PS in key development areas: sustainable development, solidarity of generations, family policy, social tourism, community construction, local cultural products. The work of specialist OWES staff and employed experts will contribute to the development of PES/PS capacity (including NGOs with paid and economic activities), which will translate into the development and growth of the number and quality of the services provided by these entities, as well as the number of jobs offered and the annual turnover of PES/PS. The activities will be conducted in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities K and M, equal development and will be accessible to people with disabilities.
